Becoming a HOCOA contractor is easy . . . if you're qualified. Interested Contractors will need to verify qualifications, insurance and licenses. Contractors continue to do their own billing. We require copies of all receipts. We monitor the work that is performed and the charges to our customers. Contractors will get a quality control and service report from HOCOA monthly. The easiest way to become part of the HOCOA family is to be referred by another HOCOA contractor. Our contractors refer each other, which benefits us all. Contractor Requirements:
Must carry insurance full time - HOCOA will become a certificate holder. If your profession requires a license, we must have a copy of that certificate. (electricians, plumbers, builders, etc.) We need three references: - *** Professional reference ***

Contractors are required to have experience and stability. We require that you live in the area for at least 3 years and that you have had at least 3 years of experience. Contractors are required to come in for an interview. You can sign up for information and for the application ahead of time. We expect out contractors to call our customers within the hour and set up an early appointment.
